Please join PT&J Foundation as we hold a fundraising fall resource fair for children and families with medical needs. All proceeds will go towards Phoenix Children's Hospital- Ignite Hope Walk- Team Travis.
Various organizations around the valley will be attending the resource fair as they promote their services and hold fun fall activities for those who attend. We encourage families to bring their wheelchairs, gait-trainers, and ACC devices to be part of the fun. PT&J Foundation strives to hold a safe encouraging space for children of various needs to utilize their assistive devices in a fun environment.This fall resource fair will be one of two fundraising events to be held in efforts of raising money for PCH-Ignite Hope Walk-Team Travis.
There is NO admission fee but we are asking individuals to RSVP so we can anticipate amount of guests AND asking for donations to be made directly to Phoenix Children's Hospital-Team Travis.
